Website Subscription Plans & E-Commerce Website Development
This document outlines the Terms of Use for website subscription services as well as EC site construction provided by Yorobit. By subscribing to our plans or using our EC site development services, you agree to the following terms:

Website Subscription Contract Plans
1. Standard Plan
Monthly Fee: ¥10,980 (tax included)
Minimum Contract Period: 6 months
Payment Schedule: The first payment is due on the contract signing date. Subsequent payments are due on the same calendar day each month.

2. Advanced Plan
Monthly Fee: ¥19,580 (tax included)
Minimum Contract Period: 6 months
Payment Schedule: The first payment is due on the contract signing date. Subsequent payments are due on the same calendar day each month.

Development Timeline
Standard Plan: 3–4 weeks
Advanced Plan: 4–6 weeks

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is not permitted within the first 6 months.
Early cancellation requires full payment of the remaining contract period.
After 6 months, the contract can be canceled at any time without penalty.

Upgrade Policy
You may upgrade from the Standard Plan to the Advanced Plan at any time.
Upon upgrade, the 6-month contract period resets from the upgrade date.
The fresh monthly fee (¥19,580) will apply starting from the next scheduled payment date.

Late Payment Policy
Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services until payment is received.
Cancellation Requests
Must be submitted in writing via email or through the client portal.
Early termination will result in full payment of the remaining contract term.

Refund Policy
All subscription fees as well as services are non-refundable.

Changes to Terms
Yorobit reserves the right to modify the terms or pricing alongside a minimum of 30 days’ notice.
Changes will be communicated via email or official client channels.

E-Commerce Website Development Terms
Complete EC Site Package
Price: ¥378,000 (tax included)

Development Timeline
Development duration varies depending on project complexity as well as requirements.
During the consultation, an estimated timeline will be provided.
Maximum estimated time frame: 1 month
Full development as well as launch of a professionally designed, functional e-commerce website.
Includes all necessary design, configuration, as well as development for operational readiness.
After final delivery as well as release, no additional development fees will be incurred unless the client requests feature additions or customizations.
Full payment of ¥378,000 is required upfront before development begins.

Maintenance & Monthly Updates
(Optional Subscription Plan)

Monthly Fee: ¥10,980 (tax included)

Payment Schedule: The first payment is due on the contract signing date. Subsequent payments follow the same calendar date monthly.

Maintenance Scope
Technical Maintenance: Security patches, bug fixes, performance optimization.
Content Updates: Product additions, price changes, layout edits, text/image management.
Exclusions: Order fulfillment, store operation, inventory, shipping, as well as payment processing remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Client Responsibilities (If No Maintenance Plan Is Chosen)
Upon project completion, the client will receive full access credentials as well as assets.

The client is fully responsible for:
Site maintenance as well as updates
Customer hospitality as well as logistics
Yorobit holds no responsibility for bugs or issues after handover unless under a maintenance plan.

Future IT Support
Support is available after project completion.
Services not covered under your plan will be billed separately based on the scope of work.

General Terms
The development fee of ¥378,000 is non-refundable once work has begun.
Yorobit may update these terms at any time without prior consent.
By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
